Enforced rest

I'm hoping to watch a movie and relax after a full day of teaching. The devotion I gave this morning was about listening to God's voice rather than always talking. Students had 10 minutes of silence, no talking, no worship aloud, no whispering... to listen to God's voice.

After he works for a few hours, W takes the kids to JB, Malaysia, to shop. It's a 2 hour trip, and W plans to run through 3 malls. Kirsten is looking for clothing and accessories and hoping to update her brother's wardrobe. All of them are checking out tech stuff, too. I'm so happy to be home.

Except that our Netflix account is not working. The password is rejected so I can't log on. A 5" lizard scuttles through the dining room and under the suitcase W has stored there. As I do a few loads of laundry, I think how nice it would be if my husband gave me access to information we share. Sigh. He's a nice guy, but knows way too much.

Resting. Resting. Hang up the laundry...

Tomorrow and Friday, my students present their teaching sessions. I'm looking forward to seeing, hearing, and experiencing what they've picked up in the two, intensive weeks of studies.
